Gill Biju
Gender: Female
Gill Biju joined The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) in October 2018, then became its CEO in November 2019. She is responsible for strategy, leadership, the operational aspects of the services we provide, and supporting practices to work at scale.
Gill has been working in the NHS for 16 years, previously having had clinical experience as well as having managed a Croydon GP Practice. She has also worked as a Primary Care Consultant, advising practices on how to work efficiently and cost effectively. She also suported them to achieve CQC compliance, and has undertaken organisational changes and Practice mergers.
Prior to working in the NHS, Gill worked in senior leadership roles in IT in the City, in both wholesale banking and the energy trading industry.
