About Us
The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) is a forward thinking and passionate independent healthcare provider. The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) was created by 55 Croydon GP Practices and covers over 400,000 patients.
What we do
The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) is an organisation that was formed in response to the growing need for change and collaborative working within General Practice. The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) aims to become a positive force within the local health and social care system that can transform the way services are provided to the local population.
We run a variety of services which are commissioned by Croydon Health Services, the ICB and PCNs. They include the Anticoagulation community and Domiciliary Service, and the Special Allocation Scheme.
Our objectives
Our objectives are to:
- Deliver patient centred care in an efficient way, out of hospital, locally, in line with patient need and the strategic direction of NHS Croydon CCG and the South West London Sustainability and Transformation Plan.
- Improve quality of life for GPs and over time, achieve greater financial sustainability overall for the participating Croydon practices.
- Provide a primary care contracting vehicle at scale to allow Croydon GPs to participate in emerging schemes.
- Provide innovative tools to support people in self-care and improve access and equity across Croydon.
- Over time to become the multi-speciality community provider of choice in Croydon.

To deliver excellent services based in the community, enabling meaningful investment and collaboration amongst our member Practices to support the long-term sustainability of General Practice locally.
